Foam/Cream hair remover for legs

What is a good foam or cream hair remover to use on legs? I tired Neet recently but it didn't seem to work well, although maybe I didn't leave it on long enough.

Your best to try something like IMAC OR VEET but put on a thick layer and leave for a good 15 minutes , after that you should notice the hairs start to curl thats caused by the ingredient in the depilatory cream killing the hair . At that stage try pulling a hair with a pair of tweezers and if it comes away you know your ready to remove it . It not coming away to easily can be caused by the thickness of you hair for which it would take more time .x

I would recommend crotex hair removal cream as i  have had positive results with it getting rid of my unwanted hair permanently.
