Flushed or irritated?

That is a good question! I think your cheeks are irritated if they have red bumps on the cheeks.

 
well, I don't have red bumps on my cheeks.

Maybe I should inquire to see a dermatologist. I'm kinda curious myself because if it is irritated..i rather treat it..but so far it doesn't bother me as far as sensitivity goes. If anything, if i put on a heavy cream or oil, i'll immediately get small pimples on one side of my cheek or both..depends. Of course, that hasn't happened for years..

 
I think if the rosiness appears blotchy or bumpy it might be irritation, but if its like a uniform gradual color that blends into the lighter skin around the face you're probably just naturally rosy

Sounds reasonable to me! But...getting confirmation one way or the other from a Derm would probably be a good idea!
