Laura! 50% off??? I hate you, and I mean that in the most loving way.
Soaps: I've only tried Honey I Washed the Kids and Alkmaar, and I love them both. Awesome scents!
Face stuff: Ultrabland as a MU remover, I love it! I had been using DHC Cleansing Oil (which I loved) but was looking for something different, that's the fickle beauty junkie in me. So I really love Ultrabland, it melts everything off including mascara, leaves my face soft and not greasy. And Herbalism cleanser for my oily, spot-prone skin. It is working wonders for me. Smells weird and looks even weirder, but makes my skin clean-clean-clean but not stripped, and really soft. Light exfoliation too. It feels very healing.
Hair: Soak & Float solid shampoo bar. This is for dandruff. It's notorius for being horrendously stinky. But if anyone suffers from dandruff like I have, and has tried everything like I have, then all you care about is, does it work? Yes it does. NO flakes and NO itch from the first use! It's a miracle for me. American Cream conditioner is fantastic for not only conditioning my hair, but covering up the campfire smoke smell of the Soak & Float. It smells utterly intoxicating! And girls you know my hair is wrecked from all I do to it. This product works well as an everyday conditioner for me. (I still use a deep conditioner every 10 days or so.) Rehab shampoo is a great product to use every once in a while as a clarifier and to sort of kick start the hair when it's been abused to death like mine! It smells so good and is very concentrated so the small bottle lasts a long time.
Shower: Skinny Dip shower gel was my fave, but they D/C it, the fiends!!! Now the scent has been recreated in a Buttercream Bar. I like it very much. I refrigerate it then cut off slices to use in the shower as my soap. It lasts longer that way. Addictive scent!
Body: Silky Underwear dusting powder is also addictive. It has the same scent as Alkmaar. I think it's the vetivert that I like. Well whatever it is, it's a gorgeous smell and I love to dust this powder on before bed, there's something comforting about it. I also sprinkle it on my sheets if the mood strikes me.
Now these are just my opinion...but here goes--Products not to waste your money on: Jungle solid conditioner, I have no idea why this gets so many rave reviews on the Lush website forums! Made my hair tangle worse than it ever has in my entire life, and left it with a gummy texture. Buffy the Backside Slayer, totally overrated! Melts away to nothing in about 3 uses, too abrasive, scent was weird. King of Skin, same thing except for the abrasive part. Coconut & Almond Smoothie shower soap, just really blah. Blah scent and blah performance. Why use somethng blah when you can use something amazing? Helping Hands hand cream, didn't hate it, but it wasn't anything special. Really blah scent and it just didn't feel that moisturizing or soothing like they say it will.
I've tried a couple other things that I'm still unsure about. I'll let you know. I haven't tried any of the bombs or bath melts because I don't take baths. Sad huh?!? No time. :icon_roll For some reason I haven't tried any of the body lotions--that's on my list for next tme! I really want to try Dream Cream or Sympathy for the Skin. I don't like cherry scent so I don't think I'll be trying Skin Sin.
