Fall Scents

I am in the mood for some fall ideas. What is everyone's favorite fall scent? I adore anything and everything that smells like holiday baking... vanilla, gingerbread... stuff like that. It can be a perfume, lotion, candle, etc.

I agree! I like fragrances that have spicier notes or musk with vanilla for fall/winter. Of course, I'm down with anything that smells like sugar cookies or pumpkin!

I agree; my favorite falls candle scents are anything with apples, cinnamon, pumpkin, vanilla etc. Bath and Body works has a lot of new fall candle scents out right now. For perfume, I like wearing twilight woods, Japanese cherry blossom, and secret wonderland. I want o pick up the new sweet cinnamon pumpkin body products from B&BW soon. I still wear my favorite perfume that I wear year round, which is Twirl by Kate Spade.

Japanese Cherry Blossom is my FAVORITE!  love, love, love it and soo perfect for fall. 

I also prefer Amber scents in the fall.

Apple pie candles. OH MY. Also, anything pumpkin tends to remind me of fall/winter.

My PRADA Candy fragrance suits the colder months beautifully.

I love amber scents too! Do you like Sensual Amber from B&BW? I kind of like Amber romance from victoria's secret a little better! I think it might be because I wore Sensual amber that I wanted something new and amber romance smells a little different so I like it better.

I Love apple pie fragrances! I really like the baked apple by scent by darsee & david that you can find at places like hobby lobby! They also have a buttercream scent and I think they might also have some sort of pumpkin scent as well. They are large candles and cheaper than the large candles from Yankee Candle or B&BW.

I smelled a candle in a boutique the other day that smelled like Butter Pecan. It was rich and creamy and nutty. Very fall but not too sweet. Imma have to go back and find out what kind it was... or just buy it lol

I mentioned this in another thread, but my favorite fall scents are from candles at Bath and Body Works - Caramel Apple and Pumpkin Caramel Latte. YUM. I enjoy a lot of warm apple and pumpkin scents but don't really enjoy cinnamon, so these two scents are absolute perfection /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I'm such a sucker for fall scents...I use fall candles in my house all year long. I try to stock up on them when they're on sale.

I just ordered fragrance mist and body cream in three of the fall scents from Bath & Body Works (Dreamy Vanilla Woods, Honey Autumn Apple, and Brown Sugar & FIg....the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin smells like grandma perfume to me, always has).

I am also about to order the full sized Gingered PUmpkin shea whipper from Shea Terra! Soooo perfect.

IN general, I'm all over anything vanilla, apple, or pumpkin!

Mmmm, I love both of those, and I've heard the new Cider Lane one is amazing, as is Pumpkin Cupcake!

Hehe I actually just returned from my local B&BW! Took advantage of the 2 for $20 3-wick candles and purchased Pumpkin Caramel Latte and a new fave - Autumn Day! I normally go for the foodie scents but man, loved this one when I smelled it! Light scent and very reminiscent of fall, which is great because here in SoCal we don't get much changing of the seasons (I grew up in Michigan and definitely miss that sometimes!).

I hear ya, I'm in SoCal too so I have to be jealous of the other seasons people get. SoCal has three seasons: nice day, hot, and MOLTEN CORE.

I gave in. I went to Bath and Body Works. I swear that place calls to me. I went sniffing the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin spray and it didn't even smell like pumpkin to me at all. Maybe my nose was broken from sniffing all of the other stuff haha. The fall candles were all amazing... really spectacular. I need to go back and buy more. I got distracted smelling the new perfumes and forgot to buy some. QQ. However I did get 4 perfumes, 2 spray mists and 2 lotions for under $100. Yay for sales.

I do not think Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin smells a bit like pumpkin or cinnamon...to me it just smells like old lady perfume and it makes me nauseous!

I smelled the Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin one as well and didn't care for it but I don't really like cinnamon scents to begin with. Loved Creamy Pumpkin, though. I really liked the Cider Lane scent, too - I was sad because they didn't have Caramel Apple this year but Cider Lane seems to be pretty close (hints of caramel) so I may pick that one up sometime, too!

Ha! I totally agree about the three seasons - it's been molten core and humid the last couple weeks in SD! And I also agree about B&BW calling to you - does the same darn thing to me lol.
