Facial hair removal- blonde on pale skin

Hi, I know i can't use laser cause it works best on dark hair/pale skin. I tried Neet for the face once, and erupted in odd boils that, when squeezed, shot out blood and hot water (my best description). Shave my chin currently but hate doing that. Would prefer not to use hot wax as it enlarges the pores over time. Boy I sound fussy, don't I?! Anyhoo, anyone have any other ideas? Once in a while some of them get really long, and you never know how long it's been there before you notice. Maybe one of those mens' electric razors where you shorten the hair to 2 millimetres? Or would that make it hard and stubbly at the ends?

Neet burned me and I was careful not to leave it on any longer than the shortest recommended amount of time. I'd stick to waxing - intense, short-lived pain.

I would wax, or do electrolysis.

I've heard shaving is bad. Try waxing or gentle facial bleach.
