i have plucked and overplucked my hair so many times it has lost its natural shape.

also i know for a fact that i plucked the TOP of my eyebrows (and my friends tell me that's a major no-no)

i know that i should go to a professional to get it fixed but it's in the middle of growing out and i was wondering if there was any tips for fixing my eyebrows before i get to the professional. like, how do i know when it's done growing?

I can only suggest to let it grow back for a while and once they all back get it done to a professional one. You'll notice the difference when they grow back.

I've overplucked mine, and while they have grown in some, they haven't gotten to where I want them. So, I'm resorting to getting stencils and letting them grow in more. Then either professional shaping them, or just hope the stencils will help me get the shape I want.

I read the other day it takes approximately 64 days for the hairs to grow in... Depends on the resting stage and active stage, and when they line up.

as a serious overplucker myself, i can relate. castor oil has helped a LOT with my brows - you can actually see i have them now!

other than that, i use powder/pencil/wax/brow groomer combos to show them

I bought this eyebrow kit by anastacia at sephora which comes with eyebrow stencils, powder, wax, and highlighter. Maybe that can help you find a good shape before you see a professional.
