Hey Ladies,

If there any eyebrow specialist on here i need some help. I am trying to train my eyebrows to have a high arch similar to halle berrys she has the perfect brows. My arch seems to go down not high. How do you train them, i use a razor to do mine but it seems like i have cut them so much to a certain way the hair isn't growing back thick. I wonder if there is something i could put on them to get the hair to grow back thicker and faster.

mm that difficult. In my opinion i would just tattoo them on

mmm thats verry growing your eyebrow hairs, and getting the arch u want why u jus tattoo them on.

Well...I used to have semi straight eyebrows in my chidhood/pre teen years. I soon discovered tweezers and scissors. I would reccommendd buying a brow stencil at sephora or the drugstore and use that as your guide, plucking any hairs under neath. never pluck over your brow...unless it is done by a professional. Also, to trim, take a brow brush, and softly sweep the hairs vertical and trim the hairs down to where your natrual brow sits. That will keep them in place a lot better. If you have a picture of them...I could probably help more :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Okay that is great advice let me see if i can find a headshot of me to post here. I am scared of tweezers is there of method of using scissors and tweezers?

there isn't really a method of using them but together they help keep your brows groomed. when i say scissors...I don't mean jumbo craft ones. I would find the smallest pair you have because you're only taking off a tiny bit at a time. And as for plucking, pluck all the strays and once I see a headshot I can help with the shape some more.

You should never raise a razor to your face..let alone your brows!!!! You never are precise when you do that plus the hair will grow back like stubble. As far as makeing an arch...a stencil and brow powder would work but who would want to use a stencil everyday?? Take a a pencil. Hold it to the outside corner of your nose. Where the top of the pencil stops..that is where your brow should start. Then run the pencil up the middle (center) of your eye...that is wear your arch should start....last angle the pencil from the corner of your nose to the outside corner of your eye....that is wear your brow should end. And then practice with brow powder and a brow pencil. Me personally what i do is i take my brow pencil first and outline the arch (how ever far up you want your arch to be) down to the end of my brown (basic outline). (Very lightly not a thick hard line) Then i fill the rest of my brow in including my arch with powder. Just use the brow sheers to get rid of out grown long stray hairs. (practice makes Fierce! =)

Though I think it's true that your born with brows that grow in a certain way, you could try a brow gel to comb them into place? :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
