Has anyone had this done? professionl or diy?

Im considering it. im naturally darkest blonde, but dye my hair chocolate brown. im about a shade 2-4 hair color.

If so have you found it makes your face look better or worse and how long does it last?

I color mine every time I color my hair... diy at home with L'oreal Preference... Same as my hair... I have this "has to match" obsession! lol

thanks, my friend just told me she does her own now with a kit from boots.

I wont go for l'oreal tho as last time i used their products i had an allergic reaction

but im sure there are other brands

I do my friends brows for her with a kit we got from the chemist. It's meant to last about 8 weeks but it comes with enough to do plenty of applications. We bought it about 8 or 9 months ago and there is still plenty in there to keep dying her eyebrows. I'm sorry I can't remember what brand it is. But home jobs are fine, and the dye itself doesn't dye her skin and is very easy to get off. :]

Be careful if you are doing it at home. Leave it on too long and you can say goodbye to your brows! You also need to be very careful with what you choose to colour your brows with. The skin around the eyes is very sensitive, so you need to be careful. Eyebrow hair usually takes a lot quicker than the hair on your head, so it does not need to be left on very long to achieve the look. If you are unsure on what shade to do, I suggest getting it professionally done. A professional brow tint can last up to 6 weeks. You can get it just a shade darker or a dramatic change like it seems you are wanting from blonde to dark brown.

It really doesn't matter what shade your eyebrows are because all you need to do is make sure your have that makeup going and this includes your eyes. Tinting your eyebrows will help the appearance of your eyes, especially when you use a brow pencil.
