Thread bump! I get my brows waxed by an esthetician/MA, at a Benefit Brow Bar. However, it's not quite the same set up as getting them done at an actual Benefit counter - she's not really a Benefit MA, so much as an MA for the company. It's not the same atmosphere at a counter, it is definately more of a gondola situation, and as such, she doesn't actually use any Benefit products to treat my brows/skin. I know she rarely uses the Dear John afterbalm/cream (she never uses it on me - my skin is way too sensitive), or the cleanse-off solution Benefit sells. But the wax is Benefit wax, and she does use the Benefit Tweezermans. The wax is incredible! I have very sensitive skin, and I've never had a problem with the wax they use - it's a lot cooler in temperature, than a lot of other places and salons I visit, but it seems to be effective? Working with her has also introduced me to Benefit's great brow products - the Brow-Zings! is my HG for filling in my sparse, blonde brows. I don't know if all Benefit brow bars offer the same services, but the brow bar I go to does not do tinting (I know, I asked for my Ma!) Anywho, she does do a great job - but I don't think she really does a great job because she's at a Benefit brow bar, she just does a good job because she's skilled at what she does. I'd go to her no matter where she worked, if feasible. I've had excellent experiences with her, but I don't know if it really goes for all Benefit MAs/estheticians. If you want any more details, feel free to PM.
