good moisturising cream. Often fine lines are the result of not enough moisture in the skin. some spf would also be good to prevent future skin damage.

when I had dehydrated skin around my eyes estee lauder advanced skin recovery complex helped me a lot! I use it religiously. I had around 10 jars already:)

clinique anti gravity is also a good undereye cream to deal with fine lines.

:icon_chee I always change eye creams too... always looking for the best one you know! :icon_smil

La Prairie, La Prairie, La Prairie!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was a strict devotee of all things la mer until a friend recommended La Prairie. I resisted for a long time until i gradually noticed that my la mer eye balm was not having the same great effect as it had initially. I tried La Prairie smart eye cream and all i can say is 'wow!' It freshens up the eye area like nothing else and my fine lines (albeit very few fine lines!) look completely smoothed out.

I use the La Prairie essence of skin caviar under the cream and it tightens and firms the under eyes immedietely. Fantastic for ridding the puffy, not-enough- sleep look!

I am very happy with these products and will be writing reviews on them soon (want to give them a full months use before reviewing).

Hope this helps!

i use Reti C yeux by Vichy, its nice so far.. even though i dont have that kind of fone lines, but tehy help out w the dark circels.. you may wanna try this one out too

I have just stumbled upon a company called Aloette. I was doing a search on ratings of certain products and couldn't believe Aloette came up #1 in certain sites......cuz personally I never heard of them. They are aloe based products and soooooo soothing, refreshing and gentle. Not to mention THEY WORK. PM me if you want to learn more. I LITERALLY have achieved a 'face lift' effect from using their products only 2 weeks! Peopel come up to me and wonder and ask what I did......they say 'wow you look good, is Lizzy sleeping through the night now'.....I obviously look rested and refreshed now. Honest!

Just a suggestions. And you can just order for the eye erea, just target that and start out there and see if you like the products and go from there. Thats what I did.

Oh you can order their stuff on line too, but I would suggest contacting me about a certain product because I may know of a promo or special, cause their stuff can be kinda spendy.....department store prices. I do know they are coming up with a special for some items at 75% off, but only for 2 days only. And they will offer their stuff on Home Shopping Network on December 18th and 19th, but you have to order those 2 days only, and they have limited supplies, but if you contact me and we order within those 2 days, I have UNLIMITED supply access. It's a great way to try the stuff out.

Again, sorry to sound like I am advertising on this thread......I really don't want to do that, just didn't know how to explain their products.

I've been looking for an eye cream also, so after reading about Eyes Alive and hearing how you tried so many, I decided to purchase some too to see how it worked compared to Clinique's, Loreal's, and Oil of Olay's products that I've used.....I just love it! I have to be extemely careful what I use in the eye area since so many different products cause irritation, but so far after 5 days of using this product it is working great! The lines do appear to be softening and I like how it makes my tired looking eyes on some mornings look brighter. I'm definitely going to continue to use this product and the best part is that it's not expensive.

hi! aside from the moisturizer are we supposed to use eye creams too--specifially on the eye area? and is there a "right" or correct way to apply moisturizers and eye creams?

and what are the dos and donts to avoid fine lines or wrinkles over the eye area? thanks so much!!!

Ebay.........I buying more and more of my makeup and skincare items from there since it's just so convenient and mostly less expensive than going to a store. HTH!
