A couple of suggestions for eye creams with spf
clarins is spf 30 - active ingredient is titanium dioxide (physical sunscreen; will not degrade. considered "photostable"
Clinique Advanced Signs spf 15 - active ingredients zinc oxide 3% & octinoxate 6%; stable due to zinc oxide however low UVA protection due to only 3%.
Nivea Q10 spf 4 (US version) is a nice eye cream. This is a favorite of mine for basic moisture. Low cost at the drug store. (I think I paid under $10.00 cdn) IMO spf 4 is not protective enough for the summer especially or anytime of year.
Avon Anew spf 15 - I think I used this years ago. Can't remember the actives. It would be a low cost option. Avon also had another one in a tube that I liked; but discontinued years ago.
I have used both of these (Clarins, Clinique) and they moisture and provide protection. However, I prefer to use an eye cream for moisture and then apply my sunscreen moisturizer over it. Currently using La Roche Posay Hydraphrase UV 30 with mexoryl sx. I have been using this for about two years after trying many sunscreens. It is considered photostable due to the Mexoryl SX. (BTW Loreal has the patent for Mexoryl SX)
If you have a sunscreen you like that is protective; you can try it under your eyes.
