Trying out something new i used asprin queen helene mint mask and some vitamin e oil. Mixed together and put it on my face so hopefully the results are good!

I just rinsed it off and my skin was soft and i have really dry skin with flakey patches..and the mask actually got rid of some of the flakey skin and i just put on some moisturizer and my skin feels great

Have you tried to rub a pantyhose on your dry skin? That is supposed to work!

Thats good that you got good results. I'm just scared of trying anything on my face. I just saw on my face like 2 pimples are about the surface. I really hope its not just one of those huge zits.

I'm wathing miss usa right now...wish i had skin like they did!! or wish i had the makeup skills to hide my perfections. lol.

I've never heard of pantyhose lol maybe i'll try it...and i bet those girls spend thousands of dollars on makeup and that is just insane!

I'm watching Miss USA too wearing Queen Helene's Mint Julep Mask, such a sight! I discovered the asprin trick a while ago, but not mixed with julep or vit e. excederin works the best. I'll have to try this next week. Thanks for sharing.

I'm glad it worked for you! For your dry patches--have you ever tried the oil cleansing method? It got rid of my dry patches.

What's the oil cleansing method?

I put tree tea oil on my pimples and when i woke up my skin was soooo nice...and its been awhile since i've seen my skin looking good.

Try this link: The Long Hair Community - [Article] The Oil Cleansing Method, as requested.

It gives instructions and a lot of people wrote that it has been working for them. About two months ago, my skin went form normal to combination. Since my cheeks were getting really dry and my T-zone was oily, I didn't know what to use. I gave the oil cleansing method a try, even though I was really scared at first because the thought of cleaning my face with oil terrified me. Anyway, my skin is back to normal and it reduced the redness from my cheeks. It makes my skin soft and smooth. If you do decide to try it out, make sure you really wipe and rinse off all the oil!
