Does anyone else get acne on their...arms?

It's creeping me out because I've never had it there, but now I've got whiteheads on my upper arms.

How do I get rid of them?

And, without scarring?

i dont have it

but you can buy a product that called calamin (i dont know if you write it like that)

and the problem will disper in a week

its very chep something like 3-4$

you can ask your family doctor about it

I would say deal with it the way you would any other acne breakout. Cleanse with salicylic acid, don't pick at it, moisturize, etc. Acne on the upper arms isn't unheard of, but I haven't experienced it myself. Your dermatologist might be able to advise you more specifically.

yes, ive had for years.

now not so much, but i have these brown spots all over the upper part of my arm that everyone sees and asks me if i was attacked by a chicken at some point in my life.

just put zit stuff and wash it like you do your face and occationally put a mask on it and you'll be fine.

I've had such whiteheads on my upper arms since I was about 15 and for me, using a body scrub twice a week and applying a rich body balm every day has helped a lot! My skin is much smoother and there are rarely any of these bumps anymore.

Sometimes I get little annoying whiteheads on my arms, etc. This hasn't happened to me either until recently. It's not all the time so I really am not concerned, and usually they just go away on their own. I have enough medical problems that this one is just trivial haha.
