Epilator?

Okay I'm going to be honest with you guys. I'm a really hairy person. Lol. I literally have hair everywhere and I actually get sad that I have to spend far more time grooming myself than others. Anyways... has anyone here used an epilator and how have your experiences been? Do your hairs get snapped rather than pulled out a lot? Do you get a lot of ingrown hairs?

I've used the epilator on my armpits, stomach, legs and arms. It works GREAT on my armpits. Keeps them very nice and smooth and takes ages to grow back. On my arms, stomach and legs though I ALWAYS get LOTS and LOTS of ingrown hairs. Even if I exfoliate. It also seems as though some hairs get snapped rather than pulled out. Does this happen to anyone else? I was wondering if it's just me because I might have messed up my epilator and loosened it while I was playing around with it :/

Yes... I have to epilate a lot too.... and I typiclly only get a few ingrown hairs on my face, stomach and bikini area.... Never on my legs or arms... I typically wax my legs and arms and other places and use the epilator to clean up and touch up... I've read that exfoliating before epilating and using a loofah or body scrub each time you shower helps... i also use that antibiotic lotion that comes with home wax kits to prevent infections...
