I feel like such an air head. I got distracted after putting on step 1 of my avon glycolic facial peel, and didn't put on step 2 until about an hour later! Does anyone know what leaving step 1 on so long will do to my face?

Gosh I dont, but wash yer face with water, damp cloth on face, dab dry gently and pray, I hope there is no effects.

oh trust me I am praying. It feels OK right now but i dont know if in time it will get bad.

I've used the Avon 2 step peel, and the thing with this one is it's pretty fool-proof. The concentration is low enough to where it shouldn't do any harm if left on for "too long." I left it on for an hour almost, and nothing really happened (other than making my skin clearer and glowy). I think you're safe, though if your skin is sensitive, I'd leave it alone for a day or two to see if you have any reactions to it.

Id think her skin might be too raw for her face if she bought the wrong aloe Vera stuff (some is fake or added chemicals) Id leave it alone for at least a day or so

oh your poor skin. Well hopefully everything will be fine.

I like my aloe vera straight outta the plant, nice and cool (plus i like poping them)

don't rub it at all. Even when rinsing your face just let the water run over the skin don't aggravate it at all and PRAY.

Does anyone know what leaving step 1 on so long will do to my face? That Avon Peel isn't that strong. I don't even use step 2, I just wash it off with water. Frankly, I just think they give you step 2 to make more money. It's a marketing thing. I've accidentally left it on too long and it was no big deal. Unless you have super sensitive skin, don't worry.Joy
