hi everyone!
im laura, 24, married, NO CHILDREN, and i live with my husband curtis here in colorado springs, colorado. i was born and raised in wichita falls, texas which anyone who has been to texas knows it is VERY humid. so there is the basis of my problem. i went the last 23 years with near perfect skin. i would use apricot scrub about once a week if i felt i needed it. i was considered normal/dry. then i got married and got forced to move to colorado which is a desert/mountain area and very dry. my skin literally is falling apart. now i have to use apricot scrub every day, just to not have my skin flaking off. and even then i still miss spots. i even used green tea for a while, but that is really abrasive. apricot scrub is a wonderful product if you dont have sensitive skin and you dont have to use it every day. which i have a problem with both. so there is the question. does anyone know of a non-abrasive product, maybe not an exfoliant, that i could use every day? something that isnt going to kill my pocketbook if possible. i admit i do spend 14 dollars on a 1 ounce tube of under eye cream so if it works i can spend some cash. i would appreciate any help on this. thanks! laura jones
