Dry skin around nose peircing?

I have my nose peirced, and lately I've noticed the skin right around it is VERY dry & flaky /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> I use moisturizer at night & during the day and try to pay special attention to that area but it's just not helping.

Has anyone else ever had this problem? I was wondering what I can use to help solve the problem!
