i suppose those dry oil mists are for ppl who get lazy with body lotions (i'm one of them *blushes*) or for those who are not comfortable with the 'dampness' of lotions and creams...i'm kinda like that...i end up skipping body lotions night after night, especially in the summer, even though i own too many of them in a plethora of scents (they end up being used only on my elbows and feet on most days....sigh)...i just don't like the sensation of anything cold and wet on my skin after i've toweled off lol...so its usually a fragranced dry oil mist and baby powder on top of that...don't have a dry skin prob on my body and i use moisturising shower creams anyways, so i guess i'm safe for now...hehe

Any chance you're wondering about Sue's dry oils?

Just like Fatimah said, it's for lazy people like me haha. Also I rarely use body lotion on my arms because I hate feeling it there, so dry oil will be better for that. My legs are too dry for me to have the choice of not using lotion haha. I got the dry oil and the shower parfait in the same scent because I figured I would use those more regularly together and the scrub and body souffle in the other scent for when I feel like going the extra mile haha.

I used a dry oil spray a long time ago, for the same purpose....because I'm lazy! HAHA.

Well, I also like dry oils because they allow me to moisturize hard to reach areas such as my back.

Dry perfume oils are basically fragrance oils in a cyclomethicone carrier so they are good for people who might be sensitive to the alcohol in perfumes and colognes. Also, dry perfumes are less drying and longer lasting because the cyclomethicone takes a longer time to evaporate compared to alcohol.

Update!

My order came and the dry oil is absolutely fantastic, like everything else! There are very few things I can put on my legs after shaving and not have a reaction. I tried the oil on a small spot after shaving and no itch, no irritation, no bumps, NADA! So I slathered it all over haha. Even with the fragrance it doesn't irritate me and doesn't feel sticky or heavy. I love it! Plus it's so easy and quick to use and smells divine.

I also like dry oils when I go out at night on my legs to make them super sexified...

I was given some as a gift a few years back, it's quite nifty, spray, rub in and your done.
