Dry Menopausal Skin

Currently, I have been experiencing dry skin as a result of being in menopause. I've tried a number of things, and they did not work. Can someone suggest a good lotion or cream to combat extremely dry skin?

shea oil mixed with jojoba oil makes a wicked moisturizer for dry skin.  avocado oil is also supposed to be effective on aging skin (drier).  I live all 3.  Shea butter is also good but cocoa butter and coconut oil is not.  I also use an oil cleansing method (OCM) which helps even out the oily and the dry at the same time.   If you can list what you have tried, it helps others recommend more products /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
