Dry flakes!

What product really helps you with dry flakes and also itchy dry flakes on face?

I noticed that somrthing that helps me a lot is Clinique's Moisture Surge Extra Gel which I have no idea what is it exactly a moisturizer or a serum and I want to know what other products will also help, like for example serums work better for them? Or maybe rich creams like Avene's Cold Cream?

Or maybe my skin reacts very good only with these Moisture Surge Extra peoducts from Clinique?

Well I love the Clinique liquid moisturizer. Its awesome! Its great to carry in your purse and just spray whenever your face feels dry. It also makes me look kind of glowy.
