Hey all- so I hope I am not the only person with this problem.

I have really dry feet. I have tried it all...pedi's, sea salt scrubs, parafin wax, those razor slicing things, pummice stone, aquafor, babyoil...

Does anyone have any remedies that work?

This problem is so embarrassing... I actually have cute feet(when they are all pedi'd up) but I wear socks any chance I can get because I don't want my fiance to see my little issue.

Any help you can throw my way is greatly appreciated!

You could try some foot cream. I've tried QV Feet's Heel Balm and it works great.

On top of having a cream, you could try this:

Add some lukewarm water to a small tub (that can fit your feet). Put your feet in the tub of water and add some oats to it. The oats have natural oils that can be absorbed into your feet's skin while you just sit back, relax and maybe watch TV or read a book.

I hope this helps!

Lo'ccitane's foot cream is also a really good cream, and it smells good so you want to use it. I also liek to use macadamia nut oil on my feet, it does wonders on any dry skin but it makes your feet much softer very quickly.

The best way i've found to remove the excess dry skin remains the pumice stone (i ucrrently use one from Tweezerman), wet it under warm to hot water, and rub it on your dry feet. If you are the opposite of a clumsy girl, you could also try removing the skin with a scalpel, but it's to be used with precision, patience and a lot of control.

The salt scrub is good but doesn't much for me. I always make sure i apply a good coat of cream on my feet and put on socks after.

SpaRitual's Hand & Foot Cream is great! Vegan/cruelty free too. As is LUSH's Lemony Flutter, but that's more helpful to cuticles, than the rest of the foot, IMO, though it does help.

I'm surprised that the parafin wax didn't do anything to help out...that's usually really moisturizing.

I've just recently started using a Curel foot therapy cream.  It's not a miracle overnight product, but seems to be helping so far.

When my feet get dry, I soak them in hot, soapy water and then put vaseline on them.  Then socks over that really seals it in!  :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I hope you find something that helps!

Avon Footworks Intensive Callous Cream.  I also have really dry feet, calloused, etc. (I call them my "hooves"!)  I do take the Ped Egg to them, which helps, but even when I don't have time to do that, this Avon cream works wonders.  Slather it on, put on some thick socks, and that should really help. Plus, it's pretty cheap, so you can stock up if you need to. Good luck!
