Does anyone have eyelids that become dry? Mine does...at least for the last 2 days! It becomes flaky and I can feel the skin under my eyes pulling...I am thinking it is becuase of the cold weather. I never got this before and it freaks me out...because I know that the skin around the eyes are very delicate and I don't know how to take care of it.

Do any of you use any eye cream to reduce dryness on eyelids? Is there such a thing as moistuizer for eyes? When I apply moisturizer on my face after washing, I don't apply to the eye area...am I wrong to do that? That means I don't mositurize my eye area.... Can I use the same moisturizer for my eyes too...or should I go for a separate one targeted for the eyes?

I am 24 and I already have horrible eye bags - I think I got them because I started wearing glasses at the very young age of 10! I have tried numerous stuff to remove those bags but in vain :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

I do really want to take good care of my eyes...so any suggestions for the dry skin around eyes and eyebags are appreciated!

I would find a product that is formulated for the sensitive eye area. Other moisturizers may be too harsh. I like the Oil of Olay brand for sensitive skin.

That happened to me just last month!

I actually used Vaselline at night and whenever I was at home, and I think within a week it was gone.

The Oil of Olay Regenerist System for Eyes targets not only under the eyes, but the eyelid area as well...to keep themmoisturized and supple & smoothed as the rest of the fragile eye skin zone. I've only used it a few times (just got it)but the difference in my dry eyelids is the biggest difference I can see and feel--I'd reccomend it after you make sure there is no medical problem causing the sudden eyelid dryness.

YES!!! I get it from wearing too much eye makeup. I've started making a habit of putting my regular moisturizer on my eye lids and also making sure I get some of my eye cream on my eyelids too. If eyeshadow is causing the dryness you might want to try using an eye primer and getting rid of any eye makeup removers that are too harsh (contain alcohol, etc).

You don't really need a specific moisturizer just for your eyes, but any good eye cream should be moisturizing in addition to any other benefits it has.

and i thought i was the only one with this problem. i use this burts bees royal jelly eye cream at night and it really seems to help alot. its a thick eye cream texture.

I tried this last night and it does relieve the dryness. But my hair kept sticking to my face! :icon_chee
