Does Mario Badescu honor return/refund requests?

I had ordered their Buffering lotion in the end of January and this stuff burns my skin. I think 3/4ths of it is left (I kept occasionally using it in hopes that i'll become less sensitive to it but no such luck). Do they have a return policy on mail orders. i still have the reciept

I ordered a few times from them but never return the stuff, so I don't know.

They should. I mean they have a guarentee, I'd just e-mail or call like Leony said. They're pretty quick about replying to emails.
