I dont really have spots, the only thing I complain about are the spots on my forehead. Im guessing I get them there as I got a long side fringe which covers part of my forehead.

How do I stop myself getting these spots? I wash my hair every two days and my hair is non greasy!

Does anyone suffer from this problem?

I started getting that problem when i got bangs too! My skin is normal, but then i started getting tiny spots only on my forehead.. from my bangs i guess? I started using cetaphil and it cleared it up so maybe that might help ya?

I should add this too, mask of magnaminty by lush is awesome for that kinda thing too.

Hi,

It could be your haircare products. Make sure when your wash and condition your hair that you rinse it thoroughly. Also if you use other products such as hairspray, serums, etc... try to avoid using it on your bangs.

I had several for a while that wouldn't go away no matter what I did. Burt's Bees Blemish Stick cleared it up for me in under a week and I haven't had a recurrence in 2 months! I wouldn't be without that stuff!!

I never got spots on my forehead until I got bangs. I figured out mine were from hair products I was using... like gel and leave-in conditioner. And it sucks, because I like the way my hair looks with bangs, LOL.

I dont have the same problem as you, i just have pimples everywhere (a few on my chin, cheeks, and forehead. I have never had any on my nose....knock on wood). But it is most likely from your new bangs, and the products you use.

hi - i occasionally get the same problem, prob because of my bangs. When Im at home, I usually keep my bangs out of the way by using an alica band and that seems to have worked so far to prevent these spots. Also, maybe wash your forehead with a medicated cleanser when you get home as well, to avoid buildup of grime throughout the day.

And maybe use something that leaves a medicated deposit on ur skin in the morning, like clearasil acne pads, since you dont wash after using these, it leaves some of the medicated solution on your skin, unlike a wash...

hth!

oh i do too

but mine are more like colorless spots, and some of them are ready to attack(i.e. be a serious pimple :D /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />) when i touch them a lot or a scrub them harshly :( /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

i first got them when i had bangs, but now i dont, and they'r back!

I would suggest that before you go to bed at night you pull back your bangs with a headband or pins and wash your face, use a good toner, then moisturize and leave your hair up all night so your skin can breathe, also you might wanna change your pillowcases often. Alot of dirt and oil gets in the fabric which will eventually get on your skin during the night :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />
