Are there products you purchase over and over again (either because you´re content with it and don´t want to try other products, or you have tried other products but they just didn´t compare), or are you the type of person who´s always looking for the next best skincare product? Everytime there´s a  new hype, are you drawn towards the new product?

Me, I have re-purchased some products (i.e. MAC Microfine Refinisher which is my favorite scrub, Retin-A, and a very gentle, clean smelling, foamy La Roche Posay cleanser) over and over again and probably will for a long time.

But then with other products I´m always looking for something better (usually sunscreen, I´m dying to find a truly matte finish sunscreen with good UVA protection and no alcohol or other irritants. Not even sure if a matte finish sunscreen even exists though).

I feel like depending on your skintype and other preferences, there are some product categories where it´s hard to find a HG!

I pretty much buy the same stuff since I've found HG's for everything, except glosses, lipstick, and eyeshadow. I like to have a variety of those items, so I guess I'll never really have an HG for those.

I repurchase. I don't want to risk my skin reacting poorly to something new since I've already found products that work really well for me.

I repurchase many things...but for things like foundation and powder, I'm always trying something new.  I always repurchase the ones I am satisfied with as backup (many times its what I revert to).  Things like eye shadow hardly ever run out (except for neutrals and darker colours)...

Iv found myself re purchasing a few things, mainly things I find that have worked well for me that I dont need to change them.

I'm the type to buy something new. I like trying out new products and discovering new brands. I rarely rebuy anything.

I repurchase my foundation because it's the only one that I have found with a light enough color that looks natural. I've had the same blush for a long time (NARS orgasm) and I always repurchase SHROOM by Mac. Other eyeshadow colors I switch up and play around with. Mascara too, always trying new ones.

I'm at the point where I've begun repurchasing. The only things I buy new are mascara and colours. Other than that I've found stuff and brands I'm happy with.

I always use the same skin care products - prescription

I always use the same foundation and concealer - unless Revlon discontinues.

So far, they still sell Colorstay products.

I will try new make up and hair care products

I'm kind of in the middle, i like to try something new, but i always go back to some staples. I'm always on the look for the perfect moisturizer for sensitive combination skin that will not aggravate my rosacea.

I think I have never (or rarely) repurchased a haircare or hairstyling product. Some are good, some initially work great and then kinda lose their effect so I`m pretty annoyed. But then again maybe you can´t expect that much from hair products because the hair you´re applying it on is a dead substance.

I make many of my skincare products myself and I also make my own soaps.  I will re-purchase those things that I don't make.  If I hate it, I usually won't wait til I run out of it to get something different.

I seem to re-purchase for myself, as a makeup artist I buy or will try almost anything and everything, but I always go back to what I have used in my makeup kit and skin care for years.( after 25 years I have tried so much!)

I have oily skin and use Barelle Cosmetics oil control moisturizer. For oily skin, nothing beats it, as well it's what I use for all my talent, except those with very dry skin. it moisturizes and keeps the shine down to nothing, and on a set in Florida with the heat and humidity thats very important.
