It was in november cosmo in editors picks . Has anyone tried it ?

Here is what Cosmo says :

Dior Hydraction, $45, eradicates chapped, dry skin using technology based on Nobel Prize - winning research that helps your skin better circulate it's own natural moisture.

It comes in lotion, gel, and cream gel formula, some or maybe all ( not sure ) have SPF . I can't find an ingredients list though .

Will do! what attracted me is the nobel prize winning research part , now if they had said the product itself won a nobel prize I'd be out looking for it already lol
