:icon_conf I was wondering for everyday use what is best, sunscreen or sunblock. I usually use a moisturizer with spf 15 but dont know whether it protects or not. Anyway the sunblock lotion with more spf like 45 or 50 are a bit heavy and are not wearable every day. I was just wondering what everyone use on a regular basis.

I use Dove's Moisturizing lotion with spf 15... it works two ways...protects and moisturize...i wouldn't want to use regular sunscreen just because its weaay too thick and i only find it necessary for that when i'm out by the beach/pool, amusement parks all day long...

Welcome, Beziboy!

I use Clinique Super City Block with SPF 25 and love it.

thank you SO much for these links! really helpful..i was quite confused.

BTW, i agree sunblocks can be a little too thick- but have you tried Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch Sunblock SPF 45? - as its name indicates, its really sheer and not greasy or thick at all!

now im looking for an eye cream with SPF 30 cuz im going somewhere real hot in the summer, and i cant seem to find any! :eusa_wall:

there are a few moisturizers out there now that have spf 30 in them that you may want to look at. it is generally hard to get an spf 30 in a moisturizer but some companies are doing it now. oil of olay has one with zinc oxide and i am now using aveenos positively radiant moisturizer with spf 30. you just have to make sure to apply enough of any moisturizer with sunscreen.
