Need help!! i am torn between trying out dermalogica or bliss~ i have sensitive combo skin that can get congested. It is hard because usually the pore gunk dissolving cleansers end up being too strong and the sensitive cleansers are not strong enough!!!

Im a dermalogica junkie.I love thier special cleanser, awesome stuff and they have terrific masks.:icon_chee:icon_chee

My favorite cleansing routine is to pair an oil-based makeup remover (cleansing oil) with a facial cleanser. A cleansing oil is the product that's going to truly dissolve and lift the excess oils, dirt, sunblock and makeup on the face, even stubborn waterproof eye makeup, while the cleanser will remove any residue left by the makeup remover. Cleansing oils are formulated with surfectants so they rinse clean and not leave an oily residue. I've been doing this routine for several years and I'll never go back to using cleanser alone! It really cuts down on clogged pores! :icon_love Also, if you use this you won't have to resort to a super strong facial cleanser as a final wash because your face is practically clean from the makeup remover.

DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, MAC Cleanse Off Oil and Shu Uemura Cleansing Oils are all great cleansing oils. Here's more info on each of the products:

Thanks for all your help!!! I am very interested in trying this cleansing oil!!! I also heard aboutan aspirin mask, anyone heard of this????

Oh I wanna try a cleansing oil now! I've never tried it. I also have a sensitive skin that gets congested really easily and I have the same problem with oily skin cleansers being too hars and the sensitive skin ones not cleaning enough. Thanks for the info everyone!

Blisslabs all the way! :clap

Dermalogica is nasty stuff. I have tried a lot of their products and they made my skin really bad (Im talking about cleansers and moisturisers). It took months to get it right again. The only products of Dermalogica's I like is the daily microfoliant and the multivitamain power mask.

Blisslabs is fantastic. I have lots of their goodies and although they are expensive, they are so worth it. Try 'steep clean' it is fantastic! :icon_smil
