A friend of mine recently told me that she is using dermalogica face wash and that she hasn't got a pimple since using it (although her skin was perfectly clear anyway) but I was wondering from the people who know or have used this product is it really any good and what one is the best one for skin that is a little bit oily, red blemishes and pimples and blackheads in the T-Zone, i really do not want to purchase this product unless it will really do something as it is quite expensive and also there are so many different types so I want to know what you guys think of which one would be better for my skin. And also do you girls know anywhere I can buy samples?

Thanks so much <3

I believe Ulta carries this line - I would go there and question the sales rep about it... ask if they can give you a sample size to try.  I know Sephora does sample trials - I dont know about Ulta.

I absolutely love the Cream Exfoliant. I'm also interested in the Re-Surfacing Cleanser. There are a couple of privately-owned spas - even in my 'hood, though most just sell the Clean Start line & kit - that sell it. But I usually just order off of eBeauty.ca.

Dermalogica is a great line but it is important to get the right products for your skin type. For oily skin with pimples and blackheads I would recommend trying the dermal clay cleanser, multi-active toner, and the oil control lotion for starters. You could also use the daily resurfacer, this will help with exfoliation. Keep in mind too that sometimes your skin may take awhile to adjust to new products so you may breakout at first, not always though. As far as samples go, most skin care salons are more than willing to give you samples... if they carry Dermalogica products. You could also check with local beauty schools.
