I just recently permed my hair into loose waves and just wanted to know if you guys had any recommendations for shampoo/conditioner, curl enhancer, or other curl-related hair products. I'm not sure how to keep the style fresh looking: mousse? pomade? etc? The only things I have that I guess could be of some use are the John Freida Beach Blonde Ocean Spray stuff, and some thickeners/texturizers.

Thx for any help!

Oh and any styling tips would be greatly appreciated.

I like Matrix Curl.Life and CurlySexyHair products. They're great!

You can get away with a lot w/ curly hair - there are a lot of good products out there in all price ranges, but those two brands I think are the best I've used. If you dry it, dry w/ your head upside down with a diffuser, and lightly scrunch. You also want to use a pick to detangle and seperate curls... try not to brush!!!

Pantene Pro V have a fantastic range of products and they are all color coded, and work in harmony with each other from the shamppoo.,conditioner and curl enahncer.

I liked using Kerestase Nutri-curl line when I permed my hair, it is only available from hair salons, but it's really great, it also smells wonderful..like fresh satsumas!

You could also check out Phyto hair care, they have some really nourishing conditioners

I have naturally curly hair and I don't do anything to it I do use a leave in conditioner tho and i think it helps also if i'm going to straigten my hair I use garnier fructis smoothing milk and it really tames my hair it also works pretty good when its curly to .. it makes it really soft.. just don't use to much because it can make your hair really greasy looking if your not careful... I usually put it on when its my hair is damp or right after i straighten it.. just some thoughts
