Okay, so yesterday I bought Lumene matte toner (it's called something like that anyway). I put it on at about 7:15 this morning. It's now 9:30, so far so good. Very minimal oil. Oh please oh please let this one be it!

You should try Prescriptives Immediate Matte. I'm only slightly shiny after 8 hours when I use it.
