Crest white strips

If I left each strip on for an 45 minutes to an hour, instead of just 30, would it make a difference , or does the gel get deactivated after a certain amount of time? I know they don't want you to use them too long because of sensitivity, but they have never really bothered me.

I think it should help make your teeth whiter!! It won't harm anyway....and yes it will kinda deactivate after a period of time and dilute with saliva. just be careful of your gums!!

Thanks, that is what I was thinking. I will definitley watch for gum irritation. Will let you guys know if it works better this time around. Last time they were whiter, but not wow whiter.

I tried using them, but I have to take them out by less than 30 mins cuz it starts to numb my gum and irritate them. Guess they're sensitive. I think I still have a box of strips lying around. I should start reusing them again before they expire. lol
