Has anyone tried this new nailpolish? I just saw it advertised and was curious if these work well or not. It looks like you can choose a base coat color first and then complete the look with a top coat of color.

I saw these at the store the other day and they look really pretty, unfortunately I have not tried them out yet.

I only watch a lil' TV, but I never really tune it to the commercials, so I surprised myself that I caught this one!
