clinique pore minimizer?

Help! i did a swap and received a GWP size Clinique pore minimizer (thermal active skin refiner)

Well i read the directtions and used it and now my face is BRIGHT RED and has a warm sensation!!!!

has anyone used this?

Is this suppossed to happen?

Or does it mean it worked?

Hi Brittany, just to let you know i use it too. i work for clinique and the same thing happened to me the first time i used it. just to let you know.....the hotter the water you use w/ the skin refinisher the hotter its gonna heat up.

the redness should stop after a few uses.

I just got scared because i also have used the Bjore self warming mask and facial wash and it did warm, but the clinique burned. But i did put it on right after i took a shower so maybe that is why?

it can sometimes be more sensitive around some areas, but if it was really burning your skin then i wouldn't really recommend it. its just suppose to heat up to clean out the pores, not burn.
