I got the images and the tips from the Virgin Vie Cosmetics magazine
Cleansing
Why do you need to cleanse?
To get great looking skin, to break down the build up of impurities and make-up, to refresh & revive your complexion and to decongest pores and keep skin tone even, clear and healthy.
Step 1: When you cleanse, take your time. Starting on the cheek bone, sweep in a circular motion around the shape of your cheek. Work cleanser into the nose, this area is prone to blocked pores.
Step 2: Next, move up between the brows onto the forehead and massage firmly in small circles along the brow bone. Sweep down the side of the face to the chin, again this area is prone to congested pores.
Step 3 & 4: Don't forget to continue the cleansing under the chin, with forward movements from behind the ears on the neck to chin.
TOP TIP: Never drag downwards on your skin, this will encourage the skin to sag over time, always move upwards and inwards!
Toning
Why do you need to tone?
To remove traces of cleanser, make-up & impurities, to deep cleanse decongest and minimise pores, refine the appearence of all complexions and refresh, revive and tigthen skin tone.
Step 1: Apply generous amounts of toner to two cotton pads and blot together to minimise excess. Apply the pads to the middle of your forehead with the pads of your fingers, sweep up to the hair line and then across the brow and then back to the centre.
Step 2: Repeat until moving to the temples, sweep inwards and along the cheek bone & up each side of the nose to the forehead.
Step 3: Lengthen the sweep from the forehead down the sides of the face to the china nd upwards onto the cheeks in circular movements.
It's quite long but I thought it was helpful so I thought I'd post
