... foundation? Recs? I prefer something as gentle as humanly possible b/c I have very sensitive & dry skin.

Right now I have been doing the Vaseline or baby oil, with a warm, wet washcloth.... and maybe that is as good as it is going to get, but I wanted to ask on the boards here.

I use Cetaphil for oily skin and a washcloth, gently of course. Then I follow that up with a cleansing with my Jan Marini glycolic skin cleanser. I only do this in the evening of course, trying to remove the Revlon Colorstay. Mornings I just use my Obagi gel skin cleanser. So this way I am only using the glycolic skin cleanser once a day as I don't want to get a rebound effect of dry skin now.

There is a regular Cetaphil cleanser that is not labeled for oily skin that you may want to look at. Sold in all drugstores, Target, and this is a very reasonably priced product.

Pleease DONT use Vaseline on your skin as it clogs up your pores and is really bad for the skin (its ok on your lips). Try a gentle cleanser thats designed for sensitive skin. x

I would keep on using the baby oil followed with a cleanser. Oils remove makeup and sunscreen better than a regular cleanser.

MAC Cleanse Off Oil is my HG product. It has NO mineral oil so nothing will clog you up, it melts any makeup including waterproof, AND when you rinse it with water, it almost makes it soapy, so you can totally use it as a cleanser (I do!)...

A lot of women use it with great success and have no problems with it. including myself. According to everything I have read it does not clog your pores. It non comdegenic(sp) Yes there are cleansers out there that can probably remvoe her makeup but vaseline is a great option for that and it has many many other uses to. It is staple product for many women.

Knowing selene's history with her skin. Vaseline will not harm her. It might actually help her.

I use loreal hydrafresh, in the pink tube and it works great, melts the mu right off, and I use EL double wear which is even harder to get off.

continue using baby oil n den any ph balance cleanser (alkaline free will much better)

I have dry ans sensitive skin too......it doesn't irritate my skin at all.....it's fairly thick stuff so I usually wet my face then rub some cleanser on with my hands then dip my hands in water to wet it just a tiny bit more then wash it all off with a wash cloth!!!good luck on your search!
