clean and clear toner?

does the clean and clear toner even out your skin tone? like i have red areas on my skin and I didnt know if it would help any.

I have found most toners irritate my skin so I am not a good person to ask. I will bump this so we can get some advice from the ladies who have used it.

Do you mean Johnson's Clean and Clear toner?

I used to use. General toners consist of alcohol to remove dirtiness, they cannot change your skin tone absolutely.
