Does anyone use this?

I was thinking about buying one and wanted to see some more feedback...

Is it worth the money?

Also was considering the Neutrogena at home Microderm kit, and using that brush without their exfoliant.... any tips?

I don't have one, but I've been curious about it for awhile. I use a regular face brush and that already gives great results, so I can't really justify the $200 expense. Do you already use a regular face brush? If not, try that first.

I haven't tried the Neutrogena Microdermabrasion kit, sorry.
