I found this interesting

Welcome to Roberta Roberts Mittman L.Ac.

It basically mentions when is the "Ideal" time to take bath, facial rejunevation etc...I don't know how accurate it is..but some people believe your body is suppose to function according to the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) chart.

Me too! I keep running into websites like those when i'm doing searches...that's mainly cuz i get side tracked

that was really interesting Lum! I do know that a program reccently in oz did a test as to when the best time of exercise is, morning, lunchtime or evening, and acording to them there was no difference, so I'm not sure about the article, but still, it was an interesting read

I read something similiar in a magazine months ago...i think it was allure or cosmopolitan..can't remember which...but they mentioned in an article about what times were good to study or work and best time to eat and exercise and it was fairly interesting...but at the same time...kinda restricting in certain ways. I will have to say it does make a difference in me as i am more alert in the morning than in the afternoon. Of course, that could just be me and doesn't account for everyone.

I agree, that was an interesting read! I'm kind of into this stuff too.
