Hello everyone.

I wasn't sure where to put this topic so I simply placed it here in the Makeup Forum.

My questions are: What do you guys do to remove chin hair? Is plucking okay? I have no idea ...

What would be the best approach to remove chin hair?

is it just fuzz or hair .... plucking hurts when i do it ... i like to wax or just shave it off

I'm going to shift this over to Skincare hun... But to answer your question, I will usually bleach or pluck if I have an offending hair somewhere.

i use nair the one for face, it comes in a smaller bottle than the one for your legs, and it works good except it stinks just as bad as the one for your legs! and i also pluck in between.

Thanks for the replies. I just tried plucking and does hurt -- more than anywhere else. I'm going to try waxing. And thank you MACGoddess. :p /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

u mean the lil razer thing for bikini ... those work pretty well too

I hate that! I only have one... One sadistic hair that tortures me! I just pluck it since it's only one... I'd go insane if I had more than that though!

I should mention, I just hate body hair in general... If I can shave it and still look normal, it's gone! Back hair and chest hair are the worst!!! Especially back hair! And yes, I've made my DH and exes shave their chest *lmao* Can't help it!!!

Im glad im not the only one with this. lol I have one very dark chin hair that i have to frequently pluck.

Sounds just like my lovely hair! Quite the annoying little bugger, isn't it?!

I have one of those lovely dark coarse chin hairs ( I lovingly named mine henrietta, lol :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />) that I have to pluck. It isn't a normal hair, it is very thick and plasticky. Weird.

I shave 'em! Waxing hurts, and plucking only works when they are visible and long enought to do so, which means other people have seem them too (what about those stubs that are too short to pluck but are rough to the touch?) I shave after the shower when hairs are most pliable. I use a woman's foamy gel shaving cream with a new triple edge razor and shave in one direction only. I got this technique from a dermatologist. It works!

I only have a few (but they sure are coarse and black on my pale skin, yuk!) so I just pluck them. I think plucking my chin actually hurts less than anywhere else I pluck! (Like eyebrows, or the stray black hairs I get on my neck, chest, and navel.... ewww, I am turning into a gorilla woman!)

I pluck mine..but I am thinking about buying an epilator to use on my face. I have about 10 hairs that grow constantly.
