Can anyone recommend a good, cheap (under $10) moisturizer for sensitive skin. My skin is very dry but tends to be oily in my T-zone. So far I haven't had much luck.

Can you name a few that you've already tried? If you have sensitive skin, I would recommend trying the Aveeno line.

I have tried Cetaphil and Oil of Olay for sensitive skin. I haven't tried Aveeno. Most of the ones I have tried, either clog my pores or irritate my skin.

Cetaphil has a good moisturizer thats for sensitive skin, and it doesn't clog pores.

Nivea!

Agree with Nivea 100%! I use the Creme one, and it really is the only moisturizer that won't break me out. I've tried both Cetaphil moisturizers and Olay, plus a slew of other ones that always irritated my skin. Nivea doesn't.

Thanks for the ideas. Does Nivea have different formulas, or is there just one type?

You can find calendula lotion in the health food store for around $8 and it's an excellent moisturizer for sensitive skin. It's also great for rashes, sunburns, and any kind of skin irritation.

I saw Calendula at Harry's Farmer's Market aka Whole Foods and it's many uses amaze me. My son has sensitive skin, but I figure it might help to just switch all around.

My mom has extremely sensitive skin, and she'll ONLY use Nivea, which was harder to find at one time. I'd definitely give that a try!

Do try Nivea Creme. I have been using Clinique/Estee Lauder skin care for the last 9 years, but having read Nivea Creme reviews on one of the sites I decided to give it a try. I could not believe the results. It even helps to keep my skin hydrated on the airplane, which, for my skin, is a miracle.

Camellia oil is great too. I've been using it and it doesn't break me out. You can get it from health food stores I'm sure. I ordered mine online. All you need is a few drops. It helped to get rid of my oily T-zone.

It's called Tsubaki oil in Japan, many Japanese use it for beauty cares including skincare and hair care.

It's non-comedogenic and does not clog pores, also great for sensitive skin.

I've been using it as moisturizer and hair care, including my precious MU brush care lol.
