"Cosmetic Executive Women, Inc. (CEW) is a nonprofit trade organization with over 4,000 executives in the beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, and related industries. CEW is based in NYC, and has associated organizations in France and the United Kingdom. CEW is a leading trade organization in the beauty industry, and helps develop career contacts, knowledge, and skills of its members so that they may advance on both professional and personal levels.
CEW was founded in 1954 as a social organization for professional women working in the cosmetics industry.
In 1993 CEW Foundation was established as CEW’s philanthropic arm. The CEW Foundation funds charities dedicated to helping women better their lives.
The Cosmetic Executive Women Foundation currently supports Cancer and Careers, an online and offline resource for working women with cancer.

The Beauty Industry's Highest Honor.
The CEW Beauty Awards recognize the most innovative beauty products of the year. Press coverage of winners reaches upwards of 300 million consumers through national print and broadcast.
The Beauty Awards program begins with the largest expo of new products-The CEW Product Demonstration.
Who votes? Finalists are selected by CEW members, industry insiders and experts in the field of beauty. Winners are selected by a special Voting Committee comprised from the CEW Board. All voting is confidential, and Ernst & Young tabulates the vote.
Once the ballots have been cast, companies gear up for the culmination of this program, Beauty Awards Luncheon. Winners are announced live by a star-studded dais to the nearly 1300 beauty industry executives in attendance.
