career advice

Hi,

I have an esthetician's liscence and never used it. I do not want to be an estetician and it looks like I may get a job at Sephora. This is a start, but can someone tell me other ways to get involved in this field besides being an esthetician or a make-up artiste? How about stuff like product educator, etc.? Any ideas would be helpful. I am getting older and don't want to be on the retail floor forever-I'd also like to see other options. I'm ambitious and would like to get a feel for a cool career path. I just need some more knowledge.

I'm regina. U mentioned that u r geeting older & would like to get a more definate carrer. Have u considered setting up a small business wif friends. Like bringing in a line of skincare or cosmetics from a foreign country & try to retail them in your own country? In S'pore, ther r small shops that specially retail certain quality skin care that r not availble here yet. Business seem good to me as I think people generally like to experiment wif new products...
