This shampoo is for the same company that makes the Aquanil cleanser (which I can't use because any thick, non-foaming cleansers clog my pores).

Here are the ingredients:

Purified Water, TEA-Lauryl Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PEG-8 Distearate, Benzyl Alcohol, Cocamide MEA, Polyquaternium-22, Citric Acid

Are there any ingredients that can aggravate sensitive skin or acne?

The reason I'm even considering this is because it doesn't have any SLS, fragrances, dyes, or silicones.

Thanks.

I don't know anything about specific ingredients, but my dermatologist did say that many shampoos contain pore-clogging ingredients that will cause acne, so I recommend not using shampoo unless you know that each ingredient is safe. Also, I think many shampoos can be a little too harsh for your skin, but I'm not for sure about that.

Why do you want to try this shampoo instead of a facial cleanser? If you don't like thick, non-foaming cleansers, there are still plenty of other options for you to try!

I would be really careful with Benzyl Alcohol, Cocamide MEA.

They can be irritant for sensitive skin.

I don't recommend using shampoo for facial wash either, too risky for me.
