I have broken capillaries on my cheeks. I noticed that some times they are more prominent then others. Anyone have these? I do NOT like foundation and my studio fix does cover them, but there are days i dont want to *gasp* wear makeup.. but they look so weird..

Comments?

I also have some on my cheeks, and one on my nose from sunburns when I was a kid. I have tried the green concealor and it does help. But seems that I can still see them a bit. I have always been self concious about the one on my nose because the concealor does not stay there very well.

Yep, thats how i got it.. it just looks weird to me..I wonder if laser treatment works?

I hear that they can zap them right away! :) /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> But I can't afford such things. Ohhhh welllll, just have to deal with them I guess....

yeah me either.. but then again, i dont know how much it would cost.. maybe i should look into it and report back!

I've heard the laser treatments work but they're expensive. Some companies make laser in a bottle products that might help for spot treatments. I wish you luck, I have a few small ones on my nose but I'm sure as I get older I'll get more. Oh joy!

Look for Rosemary essential oil. Is a vaso constricter, helps strenghten capillary veins so they don't break so easily. Do not apply this essential oil directly on the skin. You need to find it in creams or in a carrier base.

They also get worse when you drink alcohol, spicy foods or caffeine. Also, protect your skin from the sun by using an spf with titanium dioxide and or zinc oxide.

Mineral make up its light and great to cover these. The studio fix foundation its too heavy for your skin to use everyday IMO.

Besides laser there are aesthetic, less expensive treatments that aestheticians do with a machine probe.Hope this helps.

I have those as well, although they are not so obvious from a distance on me since I´m a redhead with a lot of freckles and some redness in my skin anyway. I´v been thinking about checking out the laserthreatment.
