I've seen where a few of you raved about Bodycology products, so I figured I'd get their body scrub. I purchased Vanilla Buttercream... Well, it smells like damned Play-Doh! Yes, Play-Doh! Not a pleasant smell as an adult, and definitely not while in the shower!

While it does exfoliate nicely, it also leaves a nice greasy film in the shower and if you don't wash it off, on the skin. It also kinda "clumps" like some weird dough mixture that isn't mixed well... Not to mention, don't even think about shaving afterwards! Not unless you want a clogged razor that is.

I'm tempted to try a different scrub in case it's just the scent I got, but another part of me doesn't want to drop another $7 for something I won't like. I'm probably just better off buying ingredients to make my own scrub. So, I just figured I'd let you all know my experience with Bodycology's scrub.

Ok....so I am glad it is just not me that got that greasy clump film on the skin...I think that i am going to try another scent, cause the rest of their stuff is so darn good!!!

Well, I might grab another one and compare ingredients... I'm wondering if it's the Almond Oil that creats that issue... Who knows!

I've never heard of their stuff but now i know not to try that one

thanks!

I went back today, and the only one other Wal-Mart had was White Gardenia with the same ingredients. I could tell just by looking at it that it would suck too. Didn't even want to smell it. I got Simply Basics Gentle Body Scrub in Plumeria instead... It's a 6 oz. tube for only $3.67. I'll try it tonight and give my opinion
