Body shimmer -yay or nay?

What is your opinion on body shimmer? I mean subtle shimmer, not huge glitter chunks.

Do/did you ever wear it? And if so, do you only wear it for special occasions?

I'd like to try it, but I'm afraid I'll look stupid /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" />

i wear it in the summer or for special occations. or if i get bored and feel like looking pretty.

YAY! I don't wear it as much as I used to but that's just because I don't go out clubbing like I used to.

Personally I like a bit of shimmer on my suntanned body. It accentuates certain body parts, like shoulders, cleavage etc.

I don't wear any b/c I have Really Super Pale skin

and it looks too glitter-y on me and competes with

my MU and draws attention away from my face.

But on the Rare Occasions I have a tan, I love using it,

as it really seems to make the tan glow even more.

Yay.. I love using body shimmer year-round /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="20" height="20" /> Well, I use the shimmery lotion year-round.. Nivea Silky Shimmer Lotion is lovely and there are shades for those who are fair and those who are not.

NAY- i hate body shimmer i think its for teens , it does look nice with a tan if your going out but not to use every single day :satisfied:

IMO worn in the right places in the right situations can be very flattering-wrong places & wrong situations can be very tacky.

Jergens makes a really nice lotion with a beautiful, soft, subtle shimmer in it. It mostly only glows/glistens when the sun or light hits it. very, very, pretty!!!

If I'm going somewhere special I'll wear something that's not so subtle.
