Body Lotion content

I tried posting a body lotion to Singapore today and the post office said they couldn't send it unless I knew how much alcohol content was in it. I know for perfumes the max level is 70% alcohol. I checked the body lotion I'm sending and it doesn't mention anything, just that it's 60ml 2.0 US FL OZ.

Does anyone know anything about alcohol/flammable content in body lotion (the body shop, vanilla scented) or has anyone shipped it internationally before?

IDK, the closest thing i found was shaving cream which can have between 30 and 60%. Good luck!

because here's the ingredients :

Water, Octyl Palmitate, Cyclomethicone, Ceteareth-20, Orbignya Oleifera (Babassu) Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Oil, Glycerin, Steareth-2, Stearyl Alcohol, Fragrance, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Carbomer, Triethanolamine, Potassium Sorbate, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Disodium EDTA, Caramel.

i don't think there's much alcohol in it, they say the main ingredients are the fruits, the oils and glycerin.

The main ingredient in that is water. And if it's a lotion that'll probably be anywhere from 50-80% water!

Cyclomethicone is not alcohol but a silicone and sometimes there's restrictions on that but there won't be enough in there to worry about.

Stearyl alcohol's a thickener, so no need to worry about that.

Triethanolamine is usually used to adjust ph and sometimes as an emulsifier.

The percentages of the other ingredients will be so low so I wouldn't worry about this one at all, should be fine to send.
