Does anybody use a body brush to exfoliate? How do you do it? Do you do it before you take a shower on dry skin, or during the shower on wet skin? Thanks!

I use a loofah puff and my regular body wash.

i don't like the loofa puff. my favorite is Cosmence papaya scrub. i use it under the shower.

I've done it before bathing with a body brush. I use EOB exfoiliating gloves daily with my bodywash. I love these because they're synthetic and I throw them in the wash.
