Bliss Steep Clean

I received my Steep Clean today but when I went to use it only the blue part would come out of the tube?! Any suggestions please.

Its a mask made by Bliss Spas, If anyone could help me with this I'd be very grateful as it wasn't cheap!

I have the same problem with it. It still seems to do a really good job, but I end up getting about 90% blue and 10% yellow. Squeezing from the sides seem to do a marginally better job than squeezing from the front and back. I guess the yellow has to show up sometime though.

I would return it. I had the same problem but decided to keep it. So for most of the time, I could only get the blue part out......and now that I've almost finished it, I ONLY get yellow........I've tested the Steep Cleen at Nordstrom, and I feel that it feels totally different when you can get both colors out...so really, don't waste the $$.

I'm going to do just that! It was too expensive to have such a flawed delivery system. I got it off Sephora.com. Do you think they will take it back in their store?

Yes, I've had the same problem with getting unequal amts of the blue and yellow out. I didn't want to buy it again after that experience.

I never had this problem, but then again, I do it exactly like it says on the box. I love this product!!
